Ms. Harveston's Language Arts Class

 

My name is Debra Harveston.  I have a Bachelors of Science degree in Marketing from the University of Wyoming. Teaching is my third career!  Before I became a teacher, I managed retail stores and then worked in the accounting office of a country club.  I have been teaching at Donna Shepard since it opened back in 2001 and I love it!

In my spare time, I enjoy reading, watch way too much TV, hang out with my dog, and sit around with my cats, Sandy and Baby Cat who watch way too much TV with me.

 

I believe each of us have strengths, talents, and gifts to share with the world...as a teacher, my number one job is to help students gain the knowledge, tools, and skills they need to discover and develop theirs.
